White Balcony is located in historic Old Town, Fort Collins (about one hour North of Denver).

We are at 146 South College Avenue.

Directions from Denver:
Take I25 North (about an hour drive from Denver) and then take the last Fort Collins exit (Mulberry / Highway 14 exit 369). Take Mulberry west about 4 miles and then turn right onto College Avenue. Travel through three traffic lights (until you pass Oak street) and you'll find White Balcony on the right side just past the "Cupboard". You can't miss the enormous black awning.
