White Balcony is located in historic Old Town, Fort Collins. We are at 146 South College Avenue, just north of the Cupboard.

Directions from Denver:
Take I25 North (about an hour drive from Denver) and then take the last Fort Collins exit (Mulberry / Highway 14 exit 369). Take Mulberry west about 4 miles and then turn left onto College. White Balcony is on the left side about half way up the block. You can't miss the enormous black awning.
